Pursuant to Government Code section 11123(b)(1), the California Native American Heritage Commission (NAHC) will hold a meeting telephonically to consider in closed session pending litigation as defined in California Government Code section 11126(e)(2)(a) and personnel matters as defined in Government Code section 11126(a)(1).
