Workshop Notice: Most Likely Descendant Determination Process
The Native American Heritage Commission (NAHC) will be hosting an in-person workshop to review the current process for making a Most Likely Descendant (MLD) determination under Public Resources Code 5097.98.

PUBLIC COMMENT – Public comment will be taken at the end of the workshop and is limited to 3 minutes for each speaker, unless otherwise determined by the Commission.
